Studio 7 LTD undertook the conversion of 19 flats into a dynamic music and social club in Kettering, reimagining the existing building to serve as a vibrant community hub. The design carefully balances the preservation of the building’s original architectural features with modern interventions, creating a versatile space for a variety of social and cultural activities. The newly designed music and social club includes areas for live performances, social events, and community gatherings, offering a welcoming environment for all.
